Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Harmonyc mobile application (the "Service") operated by Burak Zor.

1. Acknowledgement

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between You and the Company. You acknowledge that this agreement is concluded between You and the Company only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google Inc.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

3. User Generated Content (UGC)

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, audio, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service.

3.1. Content Guidelines (Zero Tolerance Policy)

Harmonyc is a safe space for music discovery. We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for objectionable content. You agree NOT to post content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
• Constitutes spam or unauthorized advertising.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

3.2. Moderation and Enforcement

To ensure the safety of our community, we employ the following mechanisms:

• Blocking: Users may block any other user to prevent interaction.
• Reporting: Users may report specific posts or profiles for violating these terms. Reports are reviewed by our team within 24 hours.
• Removal: We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
• Ban: Users found repeatedly violating these Terms will be permanently banned from the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Harmonyc and its licensors.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Harmonyc, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
