Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Harmonyc mobile application (the "Service") operated by Burak Zor.

1. Acknowledgement

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between You and the Company. You acknowledge that this agreement is concluded between You and the Company only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google Inc. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

3. User Generated Content (UGC)

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, audio, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service.

3.1. Content Guidelines (Zero Tolerance Policy)

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Harmonyc is a safe space for music discovery. You agree NOT to post content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
• Constitutes spam or unauthorized advertising.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

By using the app, you agree to these terms and understand that any violation will result in immediate termination of your account.

3.2. Moderation and Enforcement

To ensure the safety of our community, we employ the following mechanisms to handle objectionable content and abusive users:

• Filtering: We utilize methods to filter objectionable content to prevent it from being published on the platform.
• Reporting: Users have a built-in mechanism to flag and report objectionable content or abusive users directly within the app.
• Blocking: Users have a mechanism to block abusive users. Blocking another user will immediately remove their content from your feed and prevent further interaction.
• 24-Hour Action: Our moderation team will act on all objectionable content reports within 24 hours by removing the offending content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Harmonyc and its licensors.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Harmonyc, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
