Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Harmonyc mobile application (the "Service") operated by Burak Zor.

1. Acknowledgement

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between You and the Company. You acknowledge that this agreement is concluded between You and the Company only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google Inc. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

3. User Generated Content (UGC)

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, audio, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service.

In no event shall Harmonyc, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
