Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. It may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), device type, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

Information from Third-Party Music Services

The Application integrates with Spotify and Apple Music. With your permission, we may access:

• Your public playlists and listening history (to enable sharing).
• Your library data (to determine if you have saved a track).

We do not store your Spotify or Apple Music passwords. Authentication is handled via secure OAuth tokens.

3. Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
